My Story
Every chapter of my life has left its mark. Through uncertainty, courage, healing, and growth, I discovered that choosing yourself isn't a single decision — it's a lifelong practice. Looking back, I can see how each chapter shaped the woman and the coach I am today.
Let me walk you through my journey
A journey of self-awareness, healing, and thriving.Leaving my family home became the first step toward building a life that felt true to who I am.
Reached one of my lowest points. COVID and isolation tested everything in me.
A season of survival, learning to stay with myself even when progress felt slow.
Healing began to show – slowly, steady, in every area of my life.
I left my 9–5 and trusted myself enough to build Thrive with Karezma.
Today, I guide women through the same journey of choosing themselves, healing, and thriving.
More than a coach -
women who’s lived it.
My personal journey shaped who I am. My education,
training, and years of experience shaped how I
support others. Today, I bring together psychology,
coaching, fitness, and lived experience to help
women move from surviving to choosing themselves—and
ultimately, to thriving.
